In addition, an evidence link is posted which leads to a sample of the evidence from the 2017-2018 modification of custody that resulted in Mr. Ojeda's custody loss and extreme contact restrictions. It is uploaded to illustrate how targeted the psychological abuse that my sons and I have been subjected to by the legal professionals committing this crime has been. They adopted Mr. Ojeda’s method of gaslighting by filing a barrage of court motions, orders, and judgments asserting fraudulent material facts that are precisely opposite of the truth. This allowed them to create the appearance that their actions were the result of legitimate legal processes, rather than a civil rights crime accomplished through filing materially fraudulent court records. It is a sinister crime that is extensively documented with evidence. My years of experience disproving Mr. Ojeda's perjured legal pleadings in response to the abusive litigation he filed on a yearly basis for eight years, ended up preparing me to catch a crime of public corruption which relies on the same tactics of abuse.
