For this award, the judges commented that there were a very high standard of nominations and all teams should receive praise for their commitment, hard work and dedication to the payroll profession.
The winning team has undergone significant change, not only in systems and processes, but also in reporting and overall structure. There were a number of huge implementations throughout the year, and the team managed them efficiently and effectively. External auditors were brought in to review payroll results with a positive outcome and the team were reassessed to retain PAS accreditation.
