providers: what the legislation entails, to whom do the new rules apply, and how the CEST tool support employers in determining employment status.

Ben and Ian reviewed the career pathways available to payroll professionals and sought to

inspire those with a background in payroll to develop into senior roles within the profession, and the various options available such as HR, finance and reward. The pair also looked at the soft skills required to succeed at a senior level.
