NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND OTHERS ALL PERSONS having claims against the estate of Laurent Sabourin, late of 580 Bolt Street, Alfred, Ontario, who died on January 15, 2013 are required to file proof of same on or before May 3rd after which date the estate will be distributed with regard only to the claims of which the estate trustee shall then have notice and the estate trustee will not be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have notice. Alexandre Lefebvre Les membres de la famille Lefebvre désirent remercier sincèrement tous les parents et amis qui, lors du décès d’Alexandre, survenu le 19 mars 2013, à l’âge de 96 ans, leur ont témoigné des marques de sympathie soit par offrandes de messes, fleurs, messages de condoléances, dons et assistance aux funérailles. Que chaque personne concernée considère ces remerciements comme lui étant personnellement adressés.
Un groupe de 39 élèves et membres du personnel des écoles du Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l’Est ontarien ont dé- collé en direction du Guatemala pour un voyage de 10 jours, le jeudi 27 mars. Les élèves et les adultes des écoles secondaires catholiques L’Escale de Rockland, La Citadelle de Cornwall et Le Relais d’Alexandria se préparent depuis le mois d’octobre 2012. Durant leur séjour, ils iront travailler dans un orphelinat catholique à San Andrès et contribueront à la construction d’une maison pour héberger les invités de celui-ci. De plus, les participants ont amassé, lors de campagnes de financement, 15 600$ qui seront donnés afin d’aider à la construction de la maison et d’améliorer la vie des 300 orphelins de l’établissement.
