Lydia strives to succeed and stay involved in her community. She currently works as an administrative assistant at Valley Temperature Service, job site coordinator for Asiling Properties of Wisconsin, and assistant event coordinator at Elm Valley Venue. Along with her current positions, she also volunteers for a wide variety of organizations including Flying Mane Horse Show, the Painted Horse Stable, the 4-H County Fair, Kids Cart Club, and more! Lydia is currently completing her undergraduate degree in management and marketing with involvement in the Women in Business Club and Sign Language Club on campus. She is also a part of the National Society for Leadership and Success and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. By completing her MBA, Lydia hopes to gain more knowledge and experience while building connections with like-minded individuals. She also hopes to broaden her perspective on leadership and apply her skills in future positions. After graduation, Lydia plans to finish her National Mediator Certificate and gain experience in county courts. Her ultimate goal is to start her own mediator counseling business. She hopes to make a difference her local community through improving the way people view female leaders, leading by example and being a change-maker for young girls in her life. Lydia has a passion for sports and athletics including volleyball, snowboarding and being an equestrian. She also enjoys art in various forms like woodworking, sculpting, painting, and drawing. Getting accepted to the program at age 19 and starting her first MBA classes at age 20, she is excited to start this journey of learning and growth.
