Sunday afternoon in Clarence Creek, the Cougars lost to the Castors 5-4 with Vincent Huneault, Jonathan Lacroix, Zacharie Leblanc, and Samuel Lemay scoring for Van- kleek Hill. Assists came from Lemay, Nicolas Castonguay, Zack Labbé, Trystan Lavoie, and Joey Simoneau. Nicolas Wilson and Frederick Durocher-Bourdon shared goalkeeping duty.
Austin Laprade and Jacob Servant each popped in a pair of goals for Clarence Creek with Samuel Gaudet finishing off the score. Assisting on the goals were Servant, Jeremy Aubin, Dominik Bourgeois, Nicolas Gaumond, Connor Head-Smith, and Gabriel Rouselle. Andrew Larivière guarded the Castors net. The Cougars will face the Gatineau Hull- Volant twice over the October 25 weekend.
