Role summary
Based in London, the Associate role is to join other Associates and the Director to provide high quality, client-facing Programme Management Services to our growing portfolio of clients.
The individual will contribute to business development, service delivery, service development and line management.
Business Development
80% of our work is repeat business or via referral, so we are looking for a person who can nurture relationships and recognise the role of excellence in our company’s development. In addition, the Associate is expected to manage a network of professional contacts to maintain their awareness of emerging programmes in our relevant sectors of healthcare and science infrastructure. The successful candidate will possess the ability to apply a range of solutions to programme challenges as there is no one single approach and flexibility is often key to a successful outcome. We frequently work in closely knit teams with clients and other consultants, hence a collaborative approach is essential to enable us to solve complex problems using innovative solutions.
