NOTICE OF PASSING OF BY-LAW Nº 128-2021 TO AMEND BY-LAW Nº 92-2020: TO CHANGE THE NATION MUNICIPALITY’S WARD BOUNDARIES Under Section 222 (3) of the Municipal Act, 2001 – November 8, 2021 Following an order made by the Ontario Land Tribunal, pursuant to subsections 222(7) and (8) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, Council passed By-law nº 128-2021, a by-law to re-divide and alter the wards in The Nation Municipality, on November 8, 2021. Please note, this by-law cannot be subject to an appeal. Members of the public may view By-law nº 128-2021, the new ward boundaries and their descriptions on The Nation Municipality’s website, www.NationMun.ca. The new ward boundaries will come into effect for the next municipal elections in 2022. Section 222 (1) of the Municipal Act allows for municipalities to pass a by-law to establish or change ward boundaries. Notice of the passing of such a by-law is required to be given to the public within 15 days of the passing. This ad is the Notice of Passing of By-law nº 128-2021.
AVIS D’ADOPTION DU RÈGLEMENT Nº 128-2021 POUR MODIFIER RÈGLEMENT Nº 92-2020 : AFIN DE MODIFIER LES LIMITES DE QUARTIERS DE LA MUNICIPALITÉ DE LA NATION En vertu de l’article 222 (3) de la Loi sur les municipalités de 2001 - 8 novembre 202 1 Suivant l’ordre émis par le Tribunal ontarien de l’aménagement du territoire, en vertu des paragraphes 222(7) et (8) de la Loi de 2001 sur les municipalités, L.O. 2001, ch. 25, le Conseil a adopté le règlement nº 128-2021, un règlement pour rediviser et modifier les quartiers de la municipalité de La Nation, le 8 novembre 2021. Veuillez noter que ce règlement ne peut faire l’objet d’un appel. Les membres du public peuvent consulter le règlement nº 128-2021, les nouvelles limites des quartiers et leurs descriptions sur le site Web de la municipalité de La Nation, www.NationMun.ca. Les nouvelles limites des quartiers entreront en vigueur pour les prochaines élections municipales en 2022. L’article 222 (1) de la Loi sur les municipalités permet aux municipalités d’adopter un règlement visant à établir ou à modifier les limites des quartiers. L’avis d’adoption d’un tel règlement doit être remis au public dans les 15 jours suivant l’adoption. Cette annonce est l’avis d’adoption du règlement nº 128-2021.
