Daisy Fun with Movement Badge Workshop
Movement is powerful! Bring your troop to our studio for a high-energy Jazzercise experience designed just for Girl Scouts! Girl Scouts will participate in an age-appropriate class that com- bines dance, fitness, and fun in a supportive environment. Along the way, we’ll talk about the importance of regular movement for both physical and mental health. Depending on the age of the troop we will play games or teach them a short dance they can perform. In this workshop, we will help Girl Scouts meet the requirements for the Fun With Movement badge. Min/Max: 6/25
Aerial Yoga and mindfulness classes are for Girl Scouts of all ages. Our amazing staff will individualize each 55-minute class based on your unique needs or badge requirements.
