Just Around the Block Where: Your Neighborhood Distance: Up to you!

COVID-19 may make it difficult for you to enjoy some of your favorite things, but it doesn’t have to take away your time spent outside. Invite everyone in your household — both four-pawed and two-legged — for a nice walk around your neighborhood. Remember to keep a safe 6-foot distance between yourself and other walkers. You can even let your neighbors know you’ll be walking and wave at them from their patios. The sun, exercise, and safe social interaction just might be the antidote to your lockdown blues.
