At the young age of eight, Bobbie realized that she was pretty good at writing when her first submission for publishing, a poem titled "Sometimes He Answers No," was included in a compilation of poetry which her mom still keeps on the mantle. Life and the pursuit of happiness prevented Bobbie from adding more published work to that mantle. Still, it did not stop Bobbie from writing poems, short stories, music, plays, and putting on entire productions for her church and other community organizations. When not writing, mothering, entrepreneuring, or public speaking, renaissance woman and Cincinnati native Bobbie Michelle Bean can be found working desperately to shed her stomach; sadly, to no avail. She dances in the rain, sings in the shower, cooks big dinners for her family, and celebrates that she is Every Woman.
