1) Initiate and plan • Announce and socialize Project Quality Review process with project team • Attend project team meetings (include this only in a mid-project PQR) • Obtain and review key project documentation. For example: o Charter o Project plan o Issue & risk logs • Identify and schedule 1x1 interviews (see Appendix B) To include: o Project Manager o Key stakeholders (internal and external) o Project team members o 3rd party (vendors, consultants, etc.) • Schedule Debrief Discussion and provide meeting agenda 2) Analyze • Conduct 1x1 interviews • Send out survey to collect feedback for all project team participants (see Appendix A) o Edit survey questions based on findings from interviews • Facilitate Debrief discussion with Project Team o Review survey results o Ask set and custom Debrief questions • 3) Document and Report • Create final report from review of documents, interviews, survey results, and debrief discussion o If needed, solicit additional input to clarify/confirm findings and ownership of any action/follow-up items o If mid-project review, establish expectations for next review • Submit report to participants • Submit report to project sponsor/steering committee o Final report is shared via email. Review meeting may also be conducted. 4) Retain and Retrieve Insights from survey questions may provide areas to focus on during Debrief discussion

• Final report and survey results are stored on the PMO SharePoint site. • The documentation is available for review for new or active projects.

• Once a year, the PMO will review the PQR final reports and debrief summaries and provide an analysis of overall university project management themes for the prior year, identify areas of opportunity and strength, and recommendations for how to continue growth in PMmaturity.
