Detailed Findings Detailed findings are presented in this section as they pertain to the focused objectives for this PQR. These findings are based on the data collected from interviews, electronic survey, or through analysis of artifacts. Data collected during the interviews and via the electronic survey are based on perceptions communicated by project team members. The supporting document contains the aggregated results of the survey. Review of Project Deliverables The following table contains analysis results for the expected deliverables at this point in the project lifecycle. Deliverable documents were obtained from the project manager and analyzed to verify and validate that each met the expected results. Below is a listing of

documents which provide project charter components such as description of scope, goals, budget, and team values. Unable to locate documented governance and roles & responsibilities. • Summary to Board of Trustees • Request for Qualifications for Progressive Design-Build Services PQR I: The project timeline is maintained by the contractor. Below is a listing of those documents. The detailed schedule is reviewed during bi- weekly construction meetings. • Overall Schedule Workplan • Detailed Schedule Additionally, milestones and activities are shared in the Weekly Status Report. PQR I: • Facilities Finance Manager prepares a monthly report • Overall Working Budget is maintained by CWU PM as well as a separate detailed budget for FFE PQR I: There is not a formal document outlining the project communication plan. The project includes the following communication activities: • Weekly meetings with CWU Building Committee. • Bi-weekly construction meeting with CWU PM, ConstructionCoordinator and Contractor PM. • Ad-hoc communications are provided by CWU via email. • If there are specific outages (i.e. electric) CWU PM coordinates with Facilities Management to follow the regular notification process for these types of updates. • On the CWU website, there is a dedicated page with general information and the CWU community can view a “Live Cam” streaming footage of the building site.
