S COPE C HANGE AND C HANGE C ONTROL S COPE C HANGE Project change control includes identification, analysis, control, and communication of proposed scope changes during all project phases. All requests to change the project scope, timeline, and/or budget must be reviewed by the executive sponsor. The subject matter experts and project manager will submit a recommendation to the executive sponsor for approval. C HANGE C ONTROL P ROCESS Stakeholders may use the Change Request Form to initiate a change. The requester must provide the following information: o Estimated level of effort to implement the change o Estimated impact on other facets of the project o Estimated cost of the change Change Request Form is available on the PMO website The project team will not implement any proposed change until final approval is received by the project sponsor. C HANGE C ONTROL P ROCEDURE Project change control includes identification, analysis, control, and communication of proposed scope changes during all project phases. Change Requests will be entered into the project plan posted in the weekly status reports. o Description of requested change o Reason for requested change
