The owners of U Barba , born in Genoa but Milanese at heart, decided to recreate a corner of their homeland Liguria and introduce Milan to authentic Genoese cuisine, creating an informal and cosy space. The menu offers traditional dishes such as focaccia di Recco (a variety of thin pizza), coniglio alla ligure (rabbit) and homemade fresh pasta served with pesto or walnut sauce.
