Low impact aerobic exercise, that includes dance moves, toning, and stretching. The program is done to the latest in music favorites and will get your heart pumping and participants will enjoy fun while getting in shape. PACE (PEOPLE WITH ARTHRITIS CAN EXERCISE)* (Activity #131104) Wednesday 9:30am This program includes standing and chair exercises with your instructor, Jan, and is developed to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Stretchy bands are used to warm up. Specific exercises are used for hands and fingers, as well as the muscles and joints throughout the whole body.

An exercise program using standing and chair moves. With your instructor, Jan, you will use stretchy bands, weights, and music to stretch and strengthen the major muscle groups and joints. We do have fun and lots of it!

YOGA STRETCH* (Activity #131003) Mondays at 9:30am Fridays at 9am

Easy Hatha yoga to fit your individual needs with your instructor, Jan. We focus on stretching and strengthening major muscle groups and joints, with breathing, balancing and flexibility training. Bring a yoga mat and come unwind the daily stress away.

SAIL (STAY ACTIVE IN LIFE)* (Activity #131012) Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11am

This program is designed to improve strength, balance, and fitness for seniors with your instructor, Bobby. We aim to teach healthy habits and how to safely stretch, bend, and use our muscles All exercises are done to music and designed for all to have fun.
