Course content ● Apply learning to workplace challenges and projects ● Develop strategic leadership skills for organisational success ● Explore AI-driven decision making and emerging leadership trends ● Confidently lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives ● Learn practical approaches to managing change and complexity ● Gain insights from experienced leadership practitioners and industry experts ● Choose a specialist pathway: General Leadership, Building Societies or Sport ● Build sector-specific knowledge through real-world case studies ● Become a more influential, forward-thinking and impactful strategic leader.
Entry requirements ● Be at least 18 years old ● Be in job role with opportunity to apply strategic theories to a workplace practice. ● Have a minimum of three years’ management or professional experience, plus either ❍ a 2:2 honours degree (or an equivalent international qualification), OR ❍ membership of an approved chartered professional institute, OR ❍ a Diploma in Management Studies. ● We also welcome applicants with substantial relevant work experience.
