Aimed at Managers and professionals from across business, government, defence, and civil service, who want to add value to their organisations by addressing real-world challenges, such as the transition to a zero carbon economy and technological changes like Industry 4.0.
Course content ● Recognising your leadership style ● Lead and develop people and teams effectively ● Effectively engage teams through planned coaching, mentoring and feedback ● Explore sustainability challenges at both organisational and individual levels ● Evaluate techniques to manage artificial intelligence and cyber security risks ● Analysing and interpreting financial health of organisations for better decision making ● Use leadership experience to plan strategies aligned with organisational goals ● Understand governance roles (boards and directors) and social responsibility at all levels
Entry requirements ● Be at least 18 years old ● GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above) ● Working in managerial position with minimum two years’ experience
