Fort Worth Medical Innovation District
Resolution 5726-03-2023 established the Medical Innovation District, adopted in 2023. In addition to the boundaries of the MID that align with TIF 4, three formally recognized Nodes of Innovation were also established in direct association with Medical Innovation District. These include the campus of the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas A&M School of Law, and the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute.
Eastside Transportation Plan
The Plan includes a large study area encompassing the major segments of east Fort Worth. The study will evaluate the potential of high-capacity transit (HCT), improvements for other facilities in the study area, and supportive economic development and land use policies.
