Panther Island Redevelopment

Panther Island combines flood control with mixed-use redevelopment to create a vibrant waterfront and unlock prime land along the Trinity River. By improving mobility and connectivity to Downtown and surrounding districts, it positions Fort Worth to manage growth, attract investment, and strengthen resilience for decades to come.

Stock Yards Phase II

The Fort Worth Stockyards’ nearly $1 billion expansion, including hotels, commercial space, and parking. Mobility is improving with Trinity Metro’s Orange Line, offering frequent bus service connecting the Stockyards to downtown and the broader transit network.
