Industrial clusters such as Alliance and the FedEx hub experience poor access and high crash rates, while regional corridors lack continuity and capacity for projected freight demand. Figure 6.15 maps the freight priorities, which focus on last-mile connections in Alliance and FedEx hubs, functional classification upgrades for freight corridors, and regional connectivity improvements along I-20, SH 121, and US 287. Safety interventions target CRIS-identified KSI hotspots with design changes.
