6.14. Priority Projects From the fifteen identified needs, five projects were selected for inclusion in the Master Transportation Plan’s long-term roadway network and coded into the travel demand model for analysis. Selection was based on stakeholder review, engineering feasibility, network impact, and the potential to serve multiple mobility needs simultaneously. Together these five projects address the most significant access and connectivity constraints in the Core and directly support the AOS growth vision.
