8.9.2. 2030 Investment Cycle Project List The 2030 investment cycle, as shown in Figure 8.14 , includes the next group of roadway projects identified through the prioritization process. These projects ranked highly across the scoring criteria, reflecting their contributions to mobility, safety, connectivity, and support for areas experiencing continued growth. While individual projects vary in scope and development needs, their placement in the 2030 cycle is driven by their overall performance within the evaluation framework rather than by complexity alone. Together, these improvements expand on the benefits of the 2026 cycle by advancing additional corridor segments, strengthening east–west and north–south connectivity, and improving travel reliability across multiple parts of the city. Many of the projects in this cycle are well-positioned to begin design or preliminary development early on, allowing the City to maintain steady progress toward ultimate corridor build-out.
