8.9.3. 2034 Investment Cycle Project List The 2034 investment cycle, as shown in Figure 8.15 , includes the next set of roadway projects identified through the prioritization process. These projects reflect how improvements ranked across the scoring criteria, including system performance, safety, connectivity, cost considerations, and support for growth and access. While some projects may require additional development steps, project complexity was not the primary driver for this group. Instead, these investments represent the next tier of priorities once the 2026 and 2030 cycle projects are advanced. Projects in this cycle continue to strengthen key travel corridors, support improved mobility across the city, and contribute to long-term network continuity. Several corridors included here build on earlier-phase improvements, extending the benefits of prior investment cycles and supporting future travel demand patterns identified through modeling.
