Today, many of those partnerships have lasted over 25 years. "Our DNA has been building repeat business," says Bearden. "We have customers we've been doing repeat business with for 25 of the 30 years we’ve been in business, and that’s a testament to doing the right thing time after time." According to Bearden, these relationships have become so strong that clients often bring BCI along as they move between companies. "The leaders at company X might be the leaders at company Y in five years. They get a better job offer, they go somewhere else, and they bring us along with them.
