Tool 3: 90-minute team workshop facilitation guide This 90-minute workshop format is designed to introduce the 7C framework to a team and create a shared language for leadership development. The agenda includes an introduction to the framework, individual reflection using the self- assessment tool, a group discussion on what each C looks like within the team, and a collective commitment to focus on one or two Cs as a team over the next quarter.

• Distribute the questionnaire (2 min) • Silent self-assessment (15 min) • Identify your 2 strongest Cs and 2 Cs to develop (3 min) Say: “Answer honestly – this is for you. No one will see your scores.”

Group discussion questions: 1) When do we do this C well? 2) When do we do it less well? 3) What is the impact on results? Assign reporting to someone other than the usual leader

Decide together: Who owns the follow-up?

When will we review progress? How will we measure success? Set the review date before leaving the room
