where the Russell teams won three of four games. The Russell Curling Club was honoured to be hosts for part of the tournament, in which 20 Scottish teams, The Canadian Tourists, tour three areas of Canada to vie for the honour of winning the coveted Strathcona Cup. They were piped into the curling facility by local bagpiper Stewart James, then greeted generously by players, après seulement 42 secondes écoulées à la première période.
