The region’s luxury condo and townhome market told a more tempered story, with total transactions declining 4.3% year-over-year to 4,988, though pricing remained resilient. The average condo sales price rose 2.2% to $2.40 million and the median price increased 1.6% to $1.675 million, signaling continued demand despite softer activity. Overall, the year reflected a market adjusting to longer selling times and greater negotiation, with properties spending slightly more time on market and fewer sales occurring at original list price compared to the prior year.
