TAKE NOTICE that the Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO) passed a By-Law on the 24th day of March 2015, under Section 257.54 of the Education Act. AND TAKE NOTICE that under Section 257.65 of the Education Act any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board in respect of the By-Law by filing with the Secretary of the CEPEO not later than Monday, the 4th of May 2015, a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the By-Law and the reason in support of the objection. An explanation of the development charges imposed under the By-Law, descriptions of the land to which the By-Law applies and a key map showing the location of the lands to which the By-Law applies are provided below. IL EST DONNÉ AVIS que le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO) a adopté le règlement 01-2015-RAS-P&R, le 24 mars 2015, en vertu de l’article 257.54 de la Loi sur l’éducation. IL EST ÉGALEMENT DONNÉ AVIS que toute personne ou organisme peut présenter un appel à la Commission des affaires municipales de l’Ontario, en vertu de l’article 257.65 de la Loi, au sujet du règlement susmentionné en déposant auprès du secrétaire du CEPEO, le ou avant le 4 mai 2015, un avis d’appel énonçant son objection quant au règlement en question ainsi que les raisons de cette objection. Sont jointes au présent avis, une explication des redevances d’aménagement scolaires imposées en vertu du règlement scolaire, une description des terrains visés par le règlement scolaire ainsi qu’une carte- index indiquant l’emplacement de ceux-ci.
