SEASON OUTLOOK The Lady Pats Softball Program enters the 2020 season with a plethora of new faces. The coaching staff features new Head Coach, Brett Christensen, and new Assistant Coach, Seth Smith. The roster will include six new 6th graders and 4 transfers of various ages. Those 10 newcomers will accompany 7 returning athletes led by 2021 1B Lucy Blaylock, 2022 C Sara Long, and 2023 RHP SG Saulters. The pitching staff will include 2023 SG Saulters, 2024 Lola Linton, and 2027s Sienna Smith, Rosemary Wooten, Mae Dismuke, and Abby Fisher. The Lady Pats will also bring back the Junior Varsity program in 2020 as numbers have grown. We look forward to the impact on JV and V from all classes including 2021 Sara Powell, 2025s McKenzie Blue, Salem Hawkins, and Madelyn Powell, 2026s Lily Claire O’Neal, Claire Thompson, Llayna Linton, and Hayden Craft, and 2027 Stella Barlow. Though youthful, the Lady Pats look forward to a great year of growth and development. The program looks to use the 2020 season as a cultural resurgence into a bright future!
