Being extremely active, I was frustrated and nothing was getting better. I worked with Sarah and Eric through their stretches, manual therapy, and exercises. I slowly broke through the pain barrier and mobility. After 4 months, I’m finally running and lifting again full speed. Besides great conversations and good recovery, I’m sad to be done. Great work!! For someone who trains and has a good bit of fitness knowledge, Sarah has a great deal of knowledge and I felt well taken care of.” - Eric
