ARIES You’re not shy about speaking your mind when addressing a crowd of people of various nationalities. The situation calls for you to express yourself in another language. TAURUS You find the necessary financing to complete an important project. Your investment is very profitable in the long term, whether it invol- ves a property or a business. GEMINI You’d better renew your passport before summer arrives. You’re in- creasingly tempted by new adven- tures that mostly take place abroad. CANCER You feel increasingly tired. Take the signals your body is sending you seriously, as they are warnings for you to slow down. Sleep is pre- cious; don’t neglect to go to bed early every evening. LEO You’re in good company as you go on a great adventure or special trip. If you’re single, love at first sight is just around the corner. VIRGO You find yourself shouldering some new responsibilities. You may find them onerous at times, but they’ll open up some great opportunities for you in the future. LIBRA You start organizing your summer vacation with family and friends. Great adventures are in the cards, and you have no intention of missing out on any of these opportunities. SCORPIO You’re a very sensitive person in general, and you’re also quite un- predictable. You could leave with- out warning, whether the situation concerns your love relationship or your job. SAGITTARIUS It’s not always easy to bring together people or groups with opposing in- terests. You find all the necessary arguments to move mountains. CAPRICORN It’s time to make some small chan- ges in your circle of friends. Some people in your entourage are sap- ping your strength and goodwill. Try to plan at least one day of relaxation or therapeutic treatments. AQUARIUS Self-esteem is the basis of all achie- vements. Just telling yourself that you can succeed is enough for you to accomplish a brilliant achieve- ment. Go ahead and allow yourself some pride. PISCES You need to devote considerable time and energy to family and home. You adopt a new outlook that helps you better enjoy the present moment.

DIRECTIONS: Chop the herbs finely. Loosen the skin of the chicken and stuff the herbs underneath. Prick the skin lightly and brush with the oil. Sprinkle over the lemon juice and pepper. Put onto a roasting rack breast-side down, and cook 30 min- utes in the microwave, on medium, 25 minutes on high and 30 minutes on a combination setting. Turn the chick- en halfway through cooking. Leave the chicken standing 5-10 minutes before carving. If the chicken appears to be drying out at any time during cooking, baste with oil and cover loosely with wax paper. Reserve 15 ml (1 tbsp) fat from the roasting pan and skim off the rest and discard. Reserve the pan juices. Mix the reserved fat with the flour and stir into the pan juices. Add the stock, wine, salt and pepper and cook 2-3 minutes until thickened. Stir-in the chopped herbs and serve with the carved chicken.
