تتناول هذه الدراسة ما بات يتبادله كثير من السياسيين والإعلاميين والمهتمين بالشؤون العامة حول ما يُعرف ب «الدور القطري » ودور «شبكة الجزيرة » في المشهدين السياسي والإعلامي على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي. وهذا الانشغال بالحالة القطرية لا يقتصر على الدوائر السياسية والإعلامية العربية والإقليمية. بل إن الدوائر النظيرة في الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا والشرق الأقصى تتابع «الحالة القطرية » باهتمام.
