DEVELOPMENT AND MOBILISATION MANAGER

Education and Qualifications: • Relevant built environment or project management related qualification/professional member- ship and or professional experience and technical background. • Membership of BIFM, IOSH or equivalent Knowledge and Experience: Essential • Proven and demonstrable evidence of sourcing and/or delivering hard and soft services, ideally from a base build project • Experience of taking a building through a defects process • Demonstrable experience in commissioning, mobilisation and transition of construction projects at handover stage. • Significant expertise in strategic planning including monitoring, risk management, impact mitigation, reporting and auditing. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues relating to the property, construction and facilities industry. • Demonstrable experience of working within a complex stakeholder environment. Desirable • Experience of residential property management • Sound understanding of the financial mechanisms that underpin any development.
