5. Other Responsibilities (10%) • Executive lead on the Related Ventures Group Operations Board • Initial support of the onsite sales marketing and lettings team

• To build and maintain responsive and effective relationships with OFS Team colleagues. • To build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues from other support areas of College. • To be a member of relevant College committees and working parties as required. • To undertake other tasks that may be reasonably requested by the Strategy Director (Property). • To observe and comply with all College policies and regulations. • To maintain confidentiality as appropriate. The core functions of the role are highlighted above. This is a new post in an early-stage venture and the appointee will be expected to demonstrate his or her ability to develop, and respond to new opportunities and challenges as they arise. Job descriptions cannot be exhaustive and so the post holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities.
