2023 Partner Program Goals And Insight
First Orion’s channel program will be pivotal in increasing the widespread adoption of branded calling. Based on market demand for branded communication solutions, the company aims to grow its indirect sales by 4X in 2023. The primary goal of Five9’s partner program is to drive more revenue and qualified leads for the company and the partners in its global ecosystem. It will do this by aligning, amplifying and accelerating with partners for maximum impact. Flexential’s goal is to increase its overall channel business while continuing to build a partner program that better supports partners in selling Flexential services. It will continue to enhance the partner portal with new features. Forescout will define its Focus partners that are critical for the go-to-market team. It also willl evaluate distribution and global systems integrator and resell partners and shift resources toward supporting partner go-to-market efforts. Fortinet is working to ensure partners continue to receive training that aligns with their business model and enables their growth. It also is enhancing services programs and building on success in the cloud. Fortra is aiming to realize increased revenue growth over 2022 that is fulfilled through partners. It also is expanding go-to- market and development plans by partner business model, including VAR, distributor, MSP and strategic alliance. Freshworks will offer new certifications and incentives to enable partners to further expand the type of services they offer. As the company scales upmarket, it will provide new service opportunities for partners. Genesys is focused on building a differentiated ecosystem to recruit new high-growth and SaaS partners. It will leverage its current marketplace and development capabilities to drive growth acceleration and value creation. Gigamon is aiming to continue to grow its channel program. It will focus on migrating partners to cloud solutions and increasing the amount of recurring revenue going through them. GitLab will increase the investment, collaboration and support for Select partners and drive greater sales collaboration between those partners and the sales teams globally. It also will be launching a Managed Services Partner Program. Gluware this year will be relaunching the partner program to better align partner investments to rewards. It also is investing in a new portal that will accelerate sales enablement for partners. Google Cloud Partner Advantage will deepen its focus on delivering customer excellence through the partner ecosystem. This includes encouraging partners to deliver services and meet evolving customer expectations. GoTo’s goals are to continue global expansion of its Partner Network and educate and enable partners to sell a broader portfolio of its products. Increasing combined product offerings as well as new product launches will be a priority. Ground Labs is aiming to promote at least three partners to Platinum level—at least one per geographic region. It also plans to increase channel revenue by 40 percent and continue implementing its partner-first ethos.
