Increasing Profitability For Partners: Eaton Enhances Opportunities Q. In the past year, what was implemented to help partners sell Eaton’s expanded portfolio? A. We are continuously collaborating with, empowering and attracting new partners, while also growing and adapting with them. Over the past year, we have introduced various training programs and webinars to serve as a resource for our partners and provide them with a concise overview of our offerings, enabling them to confidently sell our expanding portfolio. Given the rapidly changing market, we aim to be agile in our response and continually enhance our program to support our partners in their sales efforts. In addition to this, we enhanced our deal registration program which now includes a significant number of Tripp Lite by Eaton products providing discounts and more opportunities for our partners to win projects. Q. What aspects of the Eaton Partner Program aren’t as well known that you think would be a benefit for your partners at this time? A. One of our online tools that is both easy to use and strategic is our business plan, which helps partners to strategize with their Eaton sales contact and to discuss their plans on both sales and marketing levels. It also enables Eaton to better engage and help the partner grow their account. Q. What does success look like with your partners? A. At the heart of our success lies our partners’ capability to maximize earnings by taking advantage of the PowerAdvantage programs that help them meet the needs of their customers, increase their margins and expand their power and connectivity portfolio. Furthermore, our partners’ success has always come from integrating our sales and marketing teams as well as our technical support so partners can rely on us for their power expertise. When we cooperate and proceed in unison toward a shared go-to-market strategy, we can all achieve our objectives and that’s a win-win! Q. After two years of the Tripp Lite acquisition, what’s in store for the program in 2023? A. We are excited to offer more for our partners and customers. We’ll also be extending our PowerAdvantage benefits to cover Tripp Lite by Eaton lines and launching a new dedicated program for MSPs to be more profitable selling Eaton products. 2023 has already kicked off proving to be an exciting year with more support, more products and more opportunities for our partners.
