London Bridge City - Communications and Community Manager

Administrative Duties:

• Refine processes including updated events management templates for colleagues responsible for thematic work such as commercial, people & operations, analysis, digital, project management and financial & risk management. • Develop process for reporting, analysing data and increase evaluation. • Oversee the publication and promotion of management reports including creation and distribute weekly, monthly & quarterly reports. • Raise and track payments and PO’s. • Event documents coordination and filing.

Local Engagement:

• Support with developing relationships with key local community groups and neighbouring companies. • Support with the London Bridge City social value and sustainability strategy and implementation. • Work closely with Team London Bridge attending relevant meetings and managing projects where needed.
