CEO REFLECTIONS
6

Dear Friends,
6

At Northern Nevada HOPES, we believe that the best way forward is to listen - deeply, consistently, and with compassion. In 2025, our theme, “Navigating with Heart, Strength, and HOPE”, reflects how we’ve charted our course through challenges, guided by the voices of our patients, staff, and community.
6

This year, we launched new programs, expanded services, and deepened our commitment to equitable care. From maternal health to addiction medicine, every innovation was born from listening. Our patients told us what they needed, and we responded with dignity, creativity, and action.
6

“As we look ahead, we remain committed to navigating with purpose. With your support, we will continue to transform healthcare one patient, one innovation, one act of listening at a time.”
6

We’ve faced headwinds: rising costs, shifting policies, and growing demand. But our compass never wavered. It pointed us toward resilience, toward community, and toward hope.

8

IMMEDIATE SUPPORT, LASTING IMPACT
9

“This is access right where people live, and same-day appointments make it possible for them to walk right in and receive care the moment they need it.”

NAVIGATING PREGNANCY & PARENTHOOD WITH SUPPORT
10

“We’re creating a safety net for families who’ve historically fallen through the cracks. Every baby deserves a healthy start and every parent deserves support.”
10

GAMBLING IOP
11

ADDRESSING HIDDEN ADDICTIONS
11

“Gambling addiction doesn’t always look like crisis, but it can quietly devastate lives. Our program helps patients navigate their way back to stability, one step at a time.”
11

PSYCHIATRIC RESIDENT PROGRAM
12

FORWARD INNOVATION
12

Because of donors who believe deeply in access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, Northern Nevada HOPES was able to launch its new Psychiatric Resident Program - an innovative partnership with the University of Nevada School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Sciences.
12

This collective generosity nearly fully funded the program’s $250,000 first-year budget, an investment that began making an immediate difference this July with the arrival of three fourth-year psychiatric residents.
12

12

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
12

Outpatient Therapy
12

We see the growing demand for mental health services every day, and we know that meeting this need requires investing in people. This program allows us to train the next generation of psychiatric providers right here in our community, expanding access to expert, integrated care for our patients.
12

Together, this program is building a strong pipeline of compassionate, skilled providers who will serve our community for years to come, made possible by donors who believe in the power of training, access, and care close to home.

HOW WE ARE GUIDED
20

PATIENT STORIES
20

In times of change, the voices of our patients are what keep us on course. Their experiences remind us why we do this work and help guide every decision forward. As we navigate with heart, strength, and hope, these reflections serve as our compass - grounding us in trust, compassion, and the shared journey toward healthier lives.
20

FUELING THE JOURNEY
21

Our 2025 donors anchored our work and helped us reach new horizons.
21

Our donors are the steady force that makes this work possible. Your generosity allows us to navigate change with heart, meet challenges with strength, and move forward with hope; ensuring our patients are never left without care.
