TIME WARNER CABLE : Basic cable TV through Time Warner (now Spectrum) is included in our HOA assessments. With the conversion to an all-digital signal, an HD Box is required. Our new contract provides for one HD Box per owner at no charge. You may purchase additional boxes at a cost of approximately $11.75 each. If you upgrade your service beyond the basic cable channel line-up, or add internet service, these costs are outside of our bulk agreement and established by Spectrum. OWNER DIRECTORY : The Owners’ Directory will be updated and reprinted mid-December and available for purchase by owners only at a cost of $5.00 each. PLEASE notify Sandra of any changes to your contact information (address, phone number, email) by no later than November 30 to insure your information is correct. CONVENIENCE STORE: We are happy to announce that a convenience store will continue to operate at ORPS under the management of A1 Custom Golf Cars. The A1 Convenience Store will offer much of the same merchandise as in the past, along with golf car parts, batteries and installation services, golf cart rentals, summer golf cart storage, and a special order program for RV and golf part items not carried in the store. To serve your needs this season, the store will be open from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday, and from 7 AM to12 Noon on weekends. LA PALMA RESTAURANT : The La Palma Restaurant (Papa Dan’s) is now open for business. However, note that, through the end of the year, the store will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Thursday through Sunday and will be closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Starting in the New Year, they will operate seven days a week. PHOTO ID PROX CARDS : If you have not been issued a Photo ID prox card yet, please contact Sandra Yescas at 760-328-3834 ext. 240 as soon as possible for an appointment. The cost is $10 for each card. Old prox cards will be obsolete soon. TRANSPONDERS : In order to access the resort through the automatic gate, you must purchase a new transponder. They are available for $20 each at the front desk or from Sandra. Transponders must be attached to your vehicle by staff, so bring your vehicle with you! Without a transponder, you can enter with your prox card, or by identifying yourself to the security staff at the gate.
