De Rockland, Ont., est décédée le mardi 19 décembre 2017, à l'âge de 77 ans. Elle était l'épouse de Rhéal Filion, la fille de feu Normand Bazinet et de feu Anna Dalrymple. Elle laisse ses enfants: François (Kim Novak) et Chantal (Mark Dallaire), ses 2 petites- filles: Martine Filion et Érica Dallaire. Elle laisse également son frère Maurice (feu Haley), ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, neveux, nièces et ami(e)s. Elle fut prédécédée par sa soeur Lucille. La famille désire remercier le personnel du Centre d'accueil Roger Séguin pour les bons soins et compassion. Des dons à la Fondation Roger Séguin, 435, Lemay, Clarence Creek, Ont. K0A 1N0 ou à la société d'Alzheimer's, 1750, Russell Rd, Ottawa K1G 5Z6 peuvent être faits. Les funérailles seront célébrées à l'église Très-Sainte-Trinité, 2178, rue Laurier, Rockland, Ont. le samedi 6 janvier 2017, à 11h. La famille recevra les condoléances à l'église à compter de 10h. Trois ans sans revoir tes habitudes quand tu arrivais à la maison, sans entendre ta voix et voir ton beau sourire. Quel grand vide tu as laissé dans nos vies. Combien de temps faut-il à un chagrin pour s'apaiser? On l'ignore puisque l'ennui de toi est toujours présent. En effet, une personne chère ne nous quitte jamais. Elle vit au plus profond de nos coeurs et pour la revoir, il suffit de fermer les yeux.
