ARIES Your week starts with the disco- very that you have a mountain of work to do. However, the work gi- ves you a sense of security that helps you see things in a more po- sitive light. TAURUS A rather special event may take you out of your comfort zone. This helps you outdo yourself in realizing a bril- liant achievement. GEMINI There’s no need to go far to find perfect happiness. Home and fa- mily are your reason for living these days, so don’t hesitate to gather all your loved ones together over a good meal. CANCER You’re seen as a person with a lot of punch. You’re able to make the necessary changes when a situa- tion no longer suits you. LEO You’re a fundamentally passionate person, so you need a constant emotional connection with your lo- ver, even if you’re both very inde- pendent people. VIRGO Action is your trademark; nobody could ever describe you as all talk, no action. If you’re moving in the near future, you start packing boxes. LIBRA You don’t let yourself be discou- raged easily, despite an accumu- lation of fatigue and lack of energy. You take drastic steps to regain your vigour. SCORPIO You may have some friends that you can’t fully trust. With this influ- ence, you’ll be able to see more clearly which are the profiteers and parasites among them. SAGITTARIUS You’re a very enterprising person by nature and you’re open to the challenge of starting up some new projects, each one more stimulating than the next. CAPRICORN The desire to travel could take hold of you unexpectedly and so you consult your travel agent to make sure you have a perfect vacation this summer. AQUARIUS You feel quite emotional for one rea- son or another. The need for change seems overwhelming right now. Some new clothes or a new hair- style will do the trick. PISCES Your morale won’t always be at its highest, but you can take the initiative to gather around you a few people you like and get involved in some exciting activities together.

DIRECTIONS: Put the asparagus and water into a casserole. Cover and cook in the microwave for 5-6 min- utes on high. Beat the egg yolks, milk, flour, and salt and pepper together. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry and fold into the yolks. Melt the butter in a 23 cm (9 inch) pie plate for 30 seconds on high. Pour the omelette mixture onto the plate and cook on medium for 7 minutes or until set. Lift the edges of the omelette to allow the uncooked mixture to spread evenly. Sprinkle with the cheese, and spread on the asparagus and chopped toma- to. Fold over and cook for 1 minute on low to melt the cheese. Serve immediately.
