IMPORTANT OPEN ENROLLMENT REMINDERS

Your new insurance coverage will be effective May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. Coverage is available for your legal spouse and eligible children The elections you make during Open Enrollment cannot be changed until the next enrollment period, unless you experience a qualifying life event. If you are enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), please contact Human Resources to obtain the required documentation. Voluntary Term Life and AD&D insurance is available for yourself, your spouse and dependent children. The employee must be enrolled first, then you can add coverage for your spouse and/or eligible dependent children.
