• Maintain the International WELL Building Institute’s (IWBI) Health-Safety Rating certification annually for 100% of the portfolio • Support the overall health and well-being — physical, mental, and financial — of our colleagues and their families with essential and supplemental health benefits, services, and policies • Perform comprehensive third-party indoor air and water quality testing at all properties annually to meet or exceed LEEDv5 and WELLv2 standards
• Foster and attract highly qualified talent • Report to GRESB annually and align with GRI, ISSB, and SBTi. • Comply with labor laws and promote a safe work environment for all colleagues and service providers • Measure colleagues on corporate citizenship as part of annual performance reviews and in our annual engagement survey • Engage colleagues and tenants through sustainability educational opportunities and events
• Participate in advisory board, committees, and technical working groups focused on energy efficiency, reliability, and affordability and inform energy and climate legislation. • Further the development of our community engagement programs with an emphasis on impactful volunteerism in the communities where we operate • Promote goal for 100% company-wide volunteerism every year
• Continue to engage with suppliers on ethically and environmentally responsible practices • Maintain recycling and composting programs • Uphold High Performance Guidelines for design and construction that include use of local products as well as recycled content, reuse, donation, and healthier consumable and durable goods
