PANIC ALERTS: ● In an emergency, press the round center button five times quickly. Click here or reference the below visual for triggering, responding to and resolving panic events.

● Planned panic alerts should be scheduled on a set cadence with a designated initiator and responder to ensure continued understanding of this function. Click here for ongoing best practice recommendations. ● New employees and virtual users should be trained on Panic events and ensure any virtual App users have the correct mobile settings enabled. Click here for additional information. Panic events should be resolved by an App or Dash user as quickly as possible. A daily check of open panic events should be performed to ensure they are completely resolved in Dash or the App. A brief note should be added and that detail will be saved to Dash as a reference.
