1 Relay Panic Alert Workflow
Initiating Panic Rapid-press the talk button at least 5 times to initiate a panic alert. The device will get a confirmation message saying “Panic Alert Sent.” Acknowledging Panic A panic alert will be sent to a team of Panic Responders. “Housekeeping 5 has created a panic alert.” The message will continue until it is acknowledged by someone in the group. This can be a Relay device, Relay app, or Relay Dash. Resolving Panic Active alerts must be resolved in Relay Dash or the Relay app and a reason for the panic alert must be typed in during this process.

The Panic Responders will get a notification that the panic alert has been resolved.
