Transcendent Accounts, Permissions, and Responsibilities This guide will define who needs a Transcendent account and what these accounts permit in order to correctly assign roles based on the individual's operational responsibilities within the system. 1 Transcendent is managed through a website and it is driven through both the website and app. One set of credentials allows a user to access Transcendent through both platforms. Some users may only use one or the other while others use both website and application equally; it depends on the user's responsibilities. Further information about navigating the mobile app will be explained in the guide titled " Navigating the Mobile App ." Credentials are specific to the user and are assigned a role that gives the user specific permissions in Transcendent. Each will be explained beginning with the broadest and ending with the most limited.
