2 The first role is Site Manager . Site Managers are the administrators for their site meaning they control assets, documentation, user accounts, and most of work assignments. This level of access has the widest range of permissions in Transcendent, and with it, the most responsibility to maintain it. They also leverage reports to evaluate completion trends and address issues. Site Managers are expected to be able to fill in for each other as necessary. The Chief Engineer is the primary Site Manager . This includes other positions such as General Manager and even Assistant General Manager depending on their level of involvement.
