Learning and development To support this, all members are required to complete the relevant training and development opportunities provided by MHFA England. It is important that you keep up to date on good practice in relation to equity and inclusion and embed this learning into your own practice. We will continue to provide development opportunities and relevant resources for Instructor Members to support you in having conversations about anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion. Associate Instructors and National Trainers are also required to deepen their knowledge of cultural and intersectional sensitivity about mental health. This should extend to appropriate signposting.
