Discover how to achieve optimal health with an occasional Fat Tuesday! In this session, you will have a crash course in Nutrition 101, debunk nutrition myths and explore healthy eating principles that do not forbid the consumption of King Cakes and Beignets, nor does it require Voodoo! This session is the invitation to the Ball you have been waiting for that will leave you stuffed with the knowledge and skills that will send you dancing into next Carnival Season!

Some of our students with social challenges, sensory issues, learning disabilities, under developed motor skills, ADHD... may have difficulties in the lunch setting.
